Ganon’s castle would cost $57 million and be located in Tuscany (if it were real)

If all of Nintendo’s fictional characters and worlds were real, the company would own a lot of very expensive property, at least according to the people who run the Movoto Real Estate blog.

Movoto already showed us that Princess Peach’s palace is worth nearly $1 billion. It took a break from Nintendo properties to examine Dracula’s spooky home from publisher Konami’s Castlevania. Now it is back and examining the value of Ganon’s tower from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

As always, Movoto had to fudge a few things to determine the location, but it figured that the property would probably be somewhere in Tuscany, Italy.

Based on that and some other info, the real-estate agents estimated that Ganon’s humble abode is worth about $58 million.

Check out the latest infographic below to see out exactly how Movoto came to its conclusions.
