How to watch Microsoft’s big Office event today

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and Office vice president Kirk Koenigsbauer are hosting an event in New York today to talk about … something Office-related.

The event kicks off at 11 a.m. Eastern (8 a.m. Pacific), and you can watch it live here.

Recent reports say Microsoft will unveil a Slack competitor called Microsoft Teams (codenamed Skype Teams). And given Microsoft’s interest in chatbots, and Slack’s support for them, it’s possible we’ll hear something on that front, too.

Microsoft only just announced the Surface Studio, updated Surface Books, and updates to Windows 10. And two weeks from now, the company will host its annual Connect() developer conference. Plus, there’s talk of a Microsoft VR event in December. Jeez, Microsoft, give us a break.
