Elisa Miller-Out is cofounder of CourseQ, a higher ed chatbot startup based in Ithaca, NY. The CourseQ team also includes co-founders Stephen Shaffer and Chirag Desai. Elisa is also COO of Women 2.0 and is involved with several other tech companies and initiatives.
