Heather Nofziger, Ph.D, leads EEDAR’s consumer research team and serves as an expert game design/economy consultant specializing in the mobile market. After earning her Ph.D in social psychology, with research focusing on intergroup dynamics and social cognition, she joined EEDAR’s team where she has spent five years researching both the HD and mobile gaming industries. Her primary research interests are the dynamics of player engagement, platform-specific gaming motivations, and the perceptions of value in free-to-play economies.
