Ray Leach is the founding CEO of JumpStart, a Cleveland, Ohio-based non-profit venture development organization that provides investment capital and technical assistance to entrepreneurs. He began his career at IBM and went on to cofound four startup technology companies before joining JumpStart. He currently serves as the Chair of the National Venture Capital Association’s (NVCA) Alumni Council and is a founding member of the NVCA’s Diversity Task Force. He also serves on the board of VentureOhio, Invent Now, and the Global Center for Health Innovation.
