Good news for PS4 users — HBO Go is finally arriving for the console later today.
HBO Go is HBO’s online video-streaming platform offering movies, TV shows, documentaries, and more. It’s only available to HBO TV subscribers, though plans are afoot to introduce a standalone subscription service later this year.
Today’s launch adds to Sony’s existing PS3 incarnation, and the follow-up works in much the same way — you’ll have to authenticate your PlayStation account with your cable operater via HBO Go’s website. This comes five months after HBO Go arrived for Xbox One users.
