This could impact Tesla’s acquisition of the NUMMI automotive plant in Fremont, Calif.

Hulu CTO jumps to Kleiner — Eric Feng has decided to depart the popular online video service after several years to join major Silicon Valley venture firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.
