TinyPulse raises $3.5M for its bite-sized employee surveys that help workers be heard

Until modern technology completely eliminates human labor, companies will have to manage employees and their happiness and effectiveness. TinyPulse, a Seattle-based startup, has been helping companies like Stitchfix, Deloitte, and HubSpot keep their employees engaged and get real feedback and insights from them, and it’s announcing today that it has raised $3.5 million in new funding.

Tetrapod grabs $2M

Tetrapod, a Seattle area-based company led by poker veteran Phil Gordon, has raised $2 million in new funding, according to a filing to the SEC and confirmed by the company. Tetrapod is working on Chatbox, a new collaboration service, and this new raise brings its total funding to $2.35 million.

PipelineDeals raises $1M

PipelineDeals, a Seattle-based startup providing customer relationship management software to companies, announced it has raised $1 million in funding after bootstrapping for nine years. Mike Galgon and Geoff Entress led the round.
