Nintendo showed off Batman: Arkham Origins, Assassin's Creed 4, and more in its E3 video

During its special Electronic Entertainment Expo edition of the Nintendo Direct webcast today, CEO Satoru Iwata took a moment to run through a few of the third-party games that will be coming to Wii U and 3DS.

In a quick montage trailer, Nintendo showed off Wii U versions of Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag, Batman: Arkham Origins, Deus Ex: Human Revolution – Director’s Cut, Just Dance 2014, Rayman Legends, Scribblenauts Unmasked, Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Sonic: Lost World, Watch Dogs, and Disney Infinity. Sprinkled throughout were the 3DS versions of Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate, Scribblenauts Unmaked, Shin Megami Tensei IV, Skylanders Swap Force, and Sonic: Lost World.

Nintendo consoles have been infamously light on third-party support over the last few years, so hopefully this marks a welcome change of pace.
