Misfit unveils Phase, a $175 smartwatch that looks like a regular watch

Misfit, the wearables company Fossil acquired last year, today took the wraps off the $175 Phase, an analog watch that includes basic fitness and health features like sleep and step-tracking.

And because it’s an analog watch, the Phase actually looks nice — though some of Misfit’s other wearables do, too.

The Phase brings another analog smartwatch to mind, the Nokia-owned Withings Activité. But Misfit’s smartwatch includes a few more features, like call, text, and notification alerts, reminders to move, and the ability to switch songs on a connected smartphone.

Like Misfit’s other trackers, the Phase is waterproof and runs on a watch battery that lasts for about six months. The device will officially launch on November 7 on Misfit’s site.
